Cunsolo helped That’s Amore Cheese owner Giorgio Linguanti realise his dream of having a purpose-built shrine to cheese in which to craft his award-winning milky magic and produce some of the most sought after soft cheeses in Australia. Cheese making on this scale requires complex environmental controls and building services integration. 

In what became a textbook example of an ideal architect/client collaboration, Cunsolo worked closely with Giorgio throughout the entire design process to ensure a mutual project understanding. This project represents an exciting manufacturing success story in an industry faced with enormous operating challenges.
