Cunsolo Architects have been engaged by JLL/REST to undertake a number of spec suites and existing fit-out re-positioning projects at 140 William St. In the current construction climate, ensuring that the design fits within the commercial budget constraints of a spec suite can be challenging.

Our expertise in workplace design allows us to recommend where best to allocate the budget to ensure the space generates enough impact and can impress prospective tenants. We're pleased to say that one of our recent spec suites was leased during construction, this was aided by the level of design documentation we were able to provide to the Landlord to assist the leasing team.
